I wish I knew what was going on with Flickr and the magical disappearing images. Not all have gone--it's mostly those on this page. There are some sporadically missing ones from other pages interspersed with ones that are still there. I have no idea if it has something to do with my suddenly wildly popular new image or if that's a coincidence.
Anyone else use Flickr and have a similar problem?

(Actually now with PhD, but Doctor of Philosophy just doesn't have the same evil ring, does it?)

No problems for me. I'm only wondering why Bloglines didn't tell me you've updated!
I actually went to Flickr forums (for once) and found that a lot of people are having this problem; they've apparently recently changed URLs on photos or some dang thing that is SUPPOSED to be backwards compatible.
Huh.
Clearing the caches and restarting the computers worked (though a pain in the behind.)
