Strong, salty, and even those kind of fizzy ball-shaped crunchy ones. I can't remember which category Tyrkisk Pebber falls under, but I think I liked it.

Didn't order it though--I got those little Salmiak diamonds. Pretty basic strong licorice.

Yum! Natural stimulants!lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02417223386917662430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6914415.post-1100106081330380902004-11-10T12:01:00.000-05:002004-11-10T12:01:00.000-05:00Mmmmm . . . jetzt haben wir doch Glühwein-wetter ....Mmmmm . . . jetzt haben wir doch Glühwein-wetter . . .argotnauthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09084344933892371729noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6914415.post-1100101969261727032004-11-10T10:52:00.000-05:002004-11-10T10:52:00.000-05:00Most of them refuse to answer to what I call them,...Most of them refuse to answer to what I call them, which is usually something like "Arg! Also some spice concentrate that one adds to red wine to make hot mulled wine, a couple loaves of black bread, that extra-strong kind of licorice that makes your heart race, and--yes--a can of fishballs.

(FYI those are like meatballs, but made of fish. Not balls removed from a fish.)

However, NO lutefisk! Even the "Europe Through the Back Door" series, which advocates trying the weird/gross delicacy of every country one visits, specifically excludes lutefisk. As it should.

My ants hide in TheLimey's laptop case when he visits, and then escape on his desk at home. Perhaps seeking a better source of Marmite.lizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02417223386917662430noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6914415.post-1100101767124773892004-11-10T10:49:00.000-05:002004-11-10T10:49:00.000-05:00Have you given the little guys names yet?Have you given the little guys names yet?Big Alhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13538823369326856560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6914415.post-1100071824188390472004-11-10T02:30:00.000-05:002004-11-10T02:30:00.000-05:00I haven't seen ants in ages.
